The Cisco “Simple” AR Exprience

“The Cisco ‘Simple’ AR Experience” was a public installation augmented reality (AR) exhibit for the Ingram Micro ONE trade show in 2018. It gave attendees a chance to envision and experience various Cisco products that live in the cloud. Developed using Vuforia’s ground plane technology to allow AR experiences on iOS without any pattern marker recognition necessary.

Toyota Mirai AR Experience, Boston Hubweek

The Toyota Mirai Experience was an interactive augmented reality (AR) exhibit hosted at Boston’s Hubweek Fall Festival in 2018. Developed using Unity and Vuforia’s AR framework,  trade show attendees would use an iPad Pro to project a miniature Toyota Mirai onto the large Boston map in front of them on the shipping container exhibit wall. Then, they could drive the car around on the map with on-screen thumb controls to various map locations. Each location helped them learn about the Toyota Mirai’s features and innovative hydrogen fuel cell technology.
